Harm Reduction Center: Las Vegas
Trac-B Exchange operates the first storefront Harm Reduction supply exchange (needle exchange) in southern Nevada. The operation of this program was made possible by Nevada Senate Bill 410 which became effective in July of 2013. That bill allows Trac-B to provide sterile hypodermic devices to reduce the transmission of disease.
We welcome people of all genders, races, ethnicities, and sexual orientations to participate in our program; come in and speak to our trained, non-judgmental staff; ask any questions you may have while getting registered. You do not need an ID to utilize our syringe exchange (a picture ID with a date of birth is required for naloxone/Narcan and vending machine card). Harm reduction supplies, Narcan/naloxone and vending cards are provided at no cost to you. Ask about other harm reduction products we have, such as Fentanyl test strips, safer sex products and more.
